The Benefits of Brain Entrainment

The theory behind brain entrainment not only makes sense scientifically, but logically as well. EEG studies repeatedly show a correlation between abnormal brain waves and serious conditions like epilepsy and strokes, as well as less-serious but treatable issues like anxiety, chronic stress and sleep disorders.
