FRUIT SALAD MAKING IN ENGLISH RECIPES


FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

1.Milk:500ml
2.Grapes:1cup
3.Banana:1
4.Apple:1
5.Danimmakaya ginjalu:1cup
6.Jeedipappu:7,8
7.Sugar:1cup
8.Custard powder:2tsps

METHOD:

Mundu ga oka 5tbsp milk ni oka bowl lo vesi.. andulo 2tsps custard powder vesi baga gila gottali vundalu lekunda..edi pakkana petti..megatha milk ni medium flame lo kaganiyali..koncham kagaka sugar vesi baga kaluputhu vundali..milk vudakatam start aiyaka manam custard powder kalipi pettukuna milk ni andulo vesi..kaluputhu chikkapade daka vudikinchukoni.. stove off chesi chalaraniyali..
adi chalaraka cut chesukunna fruits,jeedipappu anni vesi 2,3 hrs patu fridge lo pettali..

GANESH CHATHURDHI FESTIVAL SPECIAL RECIPE - SALT UNDRALLU / KUDUMULU RECIPE


Ingredients:

Required ingredients to prepare Uppu Kudumulu Recipe.
  1. 1/2 cup sooji/godhuma rava/semolina, dry roast for 4 mts
  2. 1 cup water
  3. pinch of salt
  4. 2 tbsps pesara pappu/yellow moong (soak in water for 15 mts and drain)
  5. 1 1/2 tbsps grated coconut
  6. ½ tsp cumin seeds
  7. 2 tsps ghee

Procedure:

Add salt to water and bring to a boil. Immediately add the roasted sooji and stir continuously ensuring that no lumps are formed and once all the water is absorbed and appears like a big lump, cover and turn off heat. Cool.
Once cool, add the rest of the ingredients and make lemon-sized balls and steam for 10-11 mts like you would steam idlis. Cool.

VINAYAKA CHAVITHI FESTIVAL UNDRALLU / KUDUMULU WITH RICE - LORD GANESH FAVOURITE DISH


Ingredients:

Required ingredients to prepare Undrallu / Kudumulu Recipe.
  1. 2 cups raw rice, washed, dried completely and ground to a coarse powder similar to sooji
  2. 4 cups water
  3. 1/4 cup chana dal soaked in water for 5-10 mts
  4. ½ tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp ghee

Procedure:

Heat ghee in a pan and add the soaked channa dal and fry the dal for a second or two.
2 Immediately add water and salt, bring to boil. Once it reaches boiling point, immediately add the ground rice ravva and stir continuously ensuring that no lumps are formed and once all the water is absorbed and appears like a big lump, cover and cook for 4-5 mts. Turn off heat and cool.
3 Once cool, make big lemon sized balls of the cooked mixture. Undrallu are ready to be offered to Lord Ganesha as naivedyam.
